Our salon and spa treatments are designed for men and women, and are performed in the comfort of our private treatment rooms. Our staff members are highly trained in their fields, and are licensed and fully certified to ensure that you have the best spa experience possible.
APPOINTMENT ARRIVAL TIMES
We kindly request that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows our therapists adequate time to thoroughly review your medical history and ensure that you receive appropriate and safe treatment. It also allows you time to decompress and prepare for your treatment
SPA ETIQUETTE
The Willcox Salon and Spa is a haven of tranquility. To safeguard your relaxation and that of other guests, we ask that you turn off your cell phone and speak softly.
GRATUITY
For your convenience, if you are unable to sign your receipt for service, a 20% gratuity will be automatically added for your therapist.
IN-ROOM INDULGENCES
Enjoy the benefits of select salon and spa services in the comfort and privacy of your room. Call ext.4522 and the front desk receptionist will gladly arrange in room treatments.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Give the gift of good health, great skin and total rejuvenation with a Salon and Spa at The Willcox gift certificate.
CANCELLATION POLICY
During this time of heightened personal responsibility guests can cancel their appointment 24 hours (48 hours for Spa Packages) prior to service without penalty.
HOURS OF OPERATION
Daily from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. by appointment.
We offer a 10% percent discount to military personnel, teachers and students on all salon and spa services at The Willcox.
